Jeremy Rains - ABR, MRP - Real Estate Consultant, Team Lead

Hi I’m Jeremy! I’m a Tucson native, and a licensed real estate advisor. I have a deep passion for my hometown and my neighbors. I’m a standup comedy fan, a father to a wonderful little girl, and an absolute nerd about my hometown and its history. My hobbies include woodworking, spending time outdoors, and working on old motorcycles (and sometimes even riding them if I’m lucky!). I absolutely love what I do, and I get so much joy helping my clients build wealth, and achieve their dreams of home ownership.

It’s important to me that my clients feel completely comfortable, and NEVER feel pressured. My clients always appreciate my naturally relaxed demeanor. I’m here to turn the stereotype of a pushy real estate agent on its head.

My philosophy is that I’m not in the real estate business, I’m in the relationship business. And I’m honored to have built lifelong friendships with many of my clients.

My mission

My mission is simple - to destroy your expectations of what a real estate consultant does. I have always strived to provide a level of service that cannot be touched by the rest of the industry.

My goal is to make it so that every time you or your loved ones have any real estate needs, you know that you simply can’t afford not to call me.

Jeremy Rinker- Real Estate Consultant

Hi I’m Jeremy Rinker! I’m a Tucson native. Growing up, my family traveled for my father’s work, and I’ve lived in 33 states, but I made my way back home to Tucson, where I’ve spent the majority of my life. I’m a husband as well as a father to two wonderful kids, and a raging fan of food and sports. When I’m not working, I love playing basketball and disc golf, cooking on the smoker, and trying new restaurants around town. I love that real estate gives me the opportunity to advocate for my community, and ensure the people I work with have the best representation.

My philosophy is that in real estate, patience is key. The goal isn’t to find the first house that is going to work for you, it’s to find the right one for you. Before becoming a real estate agent, I unfortunately had a negative experience with the agent that I used to purchase my first home, and that drives me to go above and beyond to make sure my clients don’t have the same experience. It’s important to me that my clients feel confident that they’re being heard and understood, and not just being pushed into a home that doesn’t meet all their needs. Whether you’re buying for the first time, or the tenth time, the home buying process is a learning experience and I’m with you every step of the way.

I’m honored that my clients know they can call me for anything, long after they’ve moved into their home, and I’ll be there to help. There’s no greater compliment than when a past client continues to trust me with their future real estate needs, as well as that of their loved ones. I look forward to the opportunity to ear your trust.
