Call me! I’m sure you’ve heard stories of real estate agents who won’t even talk to a buyer before they’re preapproved. That’s not me. I’d actually prefer to speak with you before you talk to mortgage companies so that I can connect you with the right loan officer for your specific needs.
If you need some help with your credit score before you can buy a house, don’t hesitate to get in touch! I can get you started with a loan officer that will work with you as long for as necessary to help get you into a position to buy.
I want to sell my house and I want good photos. How much does a good photographer cost?
For you, nothing! I invest my own money into all of my listings. And I invest a lot. This is so we will have the best possible chance of selling quickly, for a great price.
I want to get the most I can for my house. What types of updates and remodels are best?
That will depend on many factors. Has your home been recently updated? How much money are you willing to invest into fixing it up? What are people in your area of town looking for in a home? How quickly do you want to sell your property?
